After a long night of drinking, it is very possible that you might suffer from a hangover. Nobody likes to be recovering from a hangover, but there ways that you can overcome your hangover faster and move onto other things.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Water
  • Rest
  • Food
  1. Step 1

Go back to bed and get some rest. If you do not have anywhere to go, stay home and go back to bed. This may take the edge off of your hangover.

  2. Step 2

Drink plenty of water. When you have had a night of drinking a lot of alcohol, you may be dehydrated. Water will help your body feel better, and it has no taste. This will also help with your hangover.

  3. Step 3

Take an aspirin for a headache. Sometimes if you have a hangover you may need to take some aspirin for your headache. Do not take it until you do not feel nauseated anymore.

  4. Step 4

Eat a small meal. Something that is not plain and greasy is best. Start out with a piece of toast or some crackers to fill your stomach.

  5. Step 5

Take a hot, long bath. A long and hot relaxing bath might just get you moving. If you have somewhere to go to later and do not have time for going back to bed, this might just help take the edge off of your hangover.

Tips & Warnings
