Things You'll Need:
- Digital camera
- Online service
- Great pictures of your kids
-
Step 1
Taking pictures from your digital camera and having those pictures printed available at an unbelievable amount of stores now. There has to be one just down the street from you no matter where you are. I know lots of tech savy people are saying duh at this, but I just made the connection myself recently. Now, I do not have to wait at Wal Mart for an hour to get pictures.
-
Step 2
Wal Mart, Walgreens, Staples, and Office Depot are few of the places that you can upload your pictures to then pick up the pictures in the store with no waiting. Wal mart may be the best just because it may already have a wal mart trip in your schedule. I know how some people avoid wal mart like the plague, there are plenty of other places that offer this service.
-
Step 3
Uploading the pictures will require starting and account with the website of choice. There is no financial commitment needed. They just have to know whose photography they are printing. If you are on an internet plan with any limit remember to think about how many pictures you are uploading.
-
Step 4
Not only can you get prints, other products like mouse pads, cups, and books are available. It is easier to see what is available by looking at the website most places do not seem to have a full menu at the counter. Another feature is you can have the prints mailed to your home, for a small fee of course.
-
Step 5
Most web sites that host pictures will also make prints and mail them to you. Snapfish, Shutterfly, and Flickr are some examples of these. If you have kids like me it is easier and less expensive to print pictures at the wal mart than keep ink in your printer.
