Buffalo Turkey Wings

If you are one of those people who avoid buying a turkey because it is 1) large and 2) dry after cooking; maybe you should consider serving turkey wings. Turkey wings can be used to create various dishes such as baked or fried turkey wings. Some people place them in crock pots and stew them or throw them on a grill and bar-b-que them. Now, try my recipe and make some great buffalo turkey wings.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Seasoning salt (or regular salt)
  • Black pepper
  • Pete’s Hot Sauce
  • Flour
  • Vegetable oil
  • Butter (melted)
  1. Step 1

Heat the oil in a deep fryer or skillet to about 350 degrees. You need enough oil to immerse the wings completely.

  2. Step 2

Wash and dry the wings with a paper towel. Season the wings with seasoning salt and pepper. Flour the wings and fry in preheated oil.

  3. Step 3

Mix the melted butter and pete’s hot sauce by stirring. The amount of hot sauce added depend on how hot you want the wings. The more you add, the hotter the wings. Brush a light coating of the butter and hot sauce mixture over the fried turkey wings.
