How to Get A Great Tan Fast
Getting a tan is something every woman begins to think about as summer gets closer. Being bronze has become a *must* in beauty. To many, it can make you more attractive, feel better about yourself and hide those little flaws that only our eyes can see. Instead of baking in the sun and ruining your skin or even laying in the hot tanning bed - try tanning lotions to give you that effect without the effort and sun damage. Does this Spark an idea?

SELF TANNER LOTION: This is the best, most effective way to get a GREAT tan without baking in the sun and ruining your skin. There are a few products I recommend such as, "Jergen's Natural Glow". I believe that is the best self tanner out there, only because it gradually gives you a subtle - fabulous glow and it stays on great. However, you choose which brand you would prefer. There are a TON of them out there. They range anywhere from 3-10 bucks per bottle.

APPLYING SELF TANNERS: You need to know exactly how to apply self tanner before using it. 1. Exfoliate your skin in the shower or bath. Use a sugar scrub, or other products to ensure you get all dead and dry skin off. 2. Towel dry off. Let yourself completely before applying. 3. Apply an EVEN layer all over. Let yourself dry COMPLETELY before ever getting dressed. Use a hair dryer to dry it faster. Apply a second coat if you feel you need it. It may take several hours for the first to show up.

SPRAY TAN: Spray tanning is the newest and most popular way of getting to be a bronze goddess. All most ALL local tanning shops not offer spray tans instead of booths. It can cost anywhere from 20 - 80 bucks usually for a session. It's more pricey but it's much healthier than baking in the sun for hours on end.

SPRAY TAN - AT HOME: There is always the option of buying an at home spy tan kit. (I, myself own one.) They are very simple and easy to use. I prefer "Sally Henson's SalonBronze". It's easy to use and doesn't take much effort. All you do is buy the re-fill spray cans and get someone else to spray you down. It's best to do it in a shower as it can be messy. One spray session usually lasts around 5-7 days.

Please, avoid using tanning booths and beds and laying in the sun - it only damages your skin in the long run. It's not worth it. Keep your skin healthy and use natural, fake ways of tanning!!

Wow! I want to become the bronze man...but then ,I would have a terrible time fighting off the admiration of all the women around the world....hehe Oh what the heck, I love admiration from the ladies.Great article. I think there is nothing more sexy than a woman sitting on the beach after applying tanning oil. The gloss shows a vibrance I can not resist and...well nuff for now before I make a fool of me... -

Good tips in tanning! I was going to say, move to Hawaii...but you made a good point about the sun being harmful. Thanks!
