ZIPPO LIGHTER Fill / refill with lighter fluid
ZIPPO LIGHTER Fill / refill with lighter fluid

Your Zippo lighter sparks but will not light. It is out of lighter fluid. These are easy to refill.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • only uns lighter fluid made of cigarette lighters
  • Never use Gasoline , Kerosene, alcohol.
  1. Step 1

Go to most any smoke shop & buy a container of cigarette ligher fluid ,In my area RONSONOL is a common brand & is the kind most smoke shops carry

  2. Step 2

    Open you ZIPPO lighter lid

  3. Step 3

Gently pull the inner lighter out of the outer case

  4. Step 4

Have some paper towels handy , sometime some of the fluid spills or over flows & you need to wipe it up.

  5. Step 5

Flip the inner lighter over & slowly fill the inner lighter fiber with fluid. This may take a little bit. because the inner fiber that holds the fluid absorbs the fluid slowly..

  6. Step 6

Slide the inner lighter back into the outer case

  7. Step 7

Wipe off the lighter real good to get any spilled fluid off the lighter. Let the lighter sit open for a few minutes to let any excess fluid disopate.. now you are ready to light your lighter.

  8. Step 8

Alway be careful not to spill the lighter fluid. It can damage some surfaces , Never have a open flame or have a lit cigarette or lit cigar around or near the lighter fluid . I shouldn't have to say this , BUT the lighter fluid is FLAMABLE ! ! ! Witch means if will catch fire & could cause burns or could start a larger fire ! ! !
