Step 1
Sign into the email account first. On the right hand side you will see Options click that and below you will see mail options, click that next.
It will then pull up more options of what it is that you want to do. -
Step 2
You will see the word Signature click that word now. After that you will see where you can add a signature to all your outgoing emails. This is a great feature to use when running a business online or showing a link to your ehow articles as well.

Step 3
Now once you have finished everything that you want in your signature press the save button. This should save anything you typed and should add it to every email you send now. I loved this feature and once you get the hang of it it will be easy as pie to do. To change the signature you do the same thing. Thanks for reading please feel free to rate or leave comments.
