You can use a face lift exercise routine to help you maintain a youthful and vibrant appearance. Your facial muscles are connected to your skin. When these muscles sag due to age, the skin droops. Strengthening and firming these muscles will uplift the skin. Facial exercises will also stimulate blood circulation, which is good for your complexion and will relieve tension. All of this can help give you a fresh faced look.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Moisturize your face. Before you start your face lift exercise program, wash your face with cold water and gently put petroleum jelly or a mineral on your face. You have to be careful when doing facial exercises to prevent causing cracking or fine lines. Moisturizing can help prevent this.

  2. Step 2

Firm up the skin around the eyes. Crows feet and other fine lines around the eyes can be a dead give away to a person's age, even among people who otherwise look young. You can reduce the appearance of lines and sagging by exercising the skin around this area. Close your left eye and keep your right eye open. Quickly and firmly blink your left eye one hundred times. Do this without wrinkling the skin around your eye area. This way, you'll be firming your eyelid muscles without creating new wrinkles. Repeat the process with your right eye. Next, close both eyes and raise your eyebrows without making horizontal lines on your forehead. Then tightly close your eyelids and hold for 10 seconds. Do this 10 times.

  3. Step 3

Exercise your forehead. Raise your eyebrows without creating wrinkles on your forehead. Lift your eyebrows up and down one hundred times.

  4. Step 4

Tone your cheeks. Pucker your lips as if you were going to kiss someone. Then spread your lips back by smiling. Do the pucker and smile repetitions quickly one hundred times.

  5. Step 5

Strengthen your neck muscles. Sit in a chair and lift your head back. Then firmly touch the roof of your mouth with your tongue. This will firm the muscles located at the front of your neck. Do this one hundred times.

  6. Step 6

Lift your face by exercising your scalp muscles. This face lift exercise will uplift the upper portion of your face, as well as your eyebrows. Raise your eyebrows and then pull your ears back. This will be relatively easy to do if you can already move your ears. If you can't it just means you need to work to strengthen those muscles. If that's the case, lie down on your back and try to move your ears, you will subtly feel them touch the pillow as you do this. Over, time you will gain more control of these muscles. Do this exercise for about 10 minutes daily.
