How to Make Lavender Tea

Lavender is one of nature's most wonderful spices: It is used in cooking, baking, drinks, perfume and A LOT more!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A cup
  • Two - Three copped Lavender flowers/ leaves
  • A spoon
  • Patience
  1. Step 1

    Chop up your Lavender leaves/flowers into small pieces (use a sharp knife or a herb-cutter). Put it in your cup. Pour hot/boiling water over until the cup is full. Let stand for 10-20 minutes. Stir well and take out the Lavender. Add suger and milk (if so pleased) and drink

  2. Step 2

    Please do not use lavender at florists or any other flower shop; they might be sprayed with chemicals that is not suitable for human consumption. Only use Lavender you are COMPLERELY 100% POSITIVELY SURE IS NOT SPRAYED! "Hand-bred" lavenders are probably the best canditates for the tea.

  3. Step 3

    FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, PLEASE READ THE WARNINGS AND TIPS. Lavenders are strong, so do NOT add more than three (which is already VERY STRONG) chopped lavender leaves/flowers.PLEASE DO ENJOY GREATLY! GOOD LUCK!

Tips & Warnings
  • This tea can also be used for medical uses: headaches, stomach cramps, depressed souls and can be used to soak wounds/injuries.
  • If used for soaking/washing, please listen to the victim (If they complain of stinging). DO NOT APPLY ON AN OPEN WOUND! WOUND MUST NOT BLEED!
  • Do not replace the tea for the medicine your local doctor recommends.
