How to do a Spiritual Mind Treatment

A Spiritual Mind Treatment is a way to pray. It assumes that The Universe, Spirit, God is always ready and available to gives us what we want. The person we are convincing is ourselves. Do we deserve more money, better health and relationships or deeper spiritual awareness? This way of praying teaches us how to claim what we want, allowing Spirit to answer those prayers with a "Yes!"

Instructions

1. WRITE DOWN THE PURPOSE OF YOUR PRAYER.

2. ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE IS SOMETHING GREATER THAN OURSELVES.

3. ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE ONE WITH THAT SOMETHING GREATER.

4. DECLARE WHAT YOU WANT.

5. GIVE THANKS THAT YOUR PRAYER REQUEST HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

6. RELEASE THIS PRAYER.

7. Here's a general treatment: "There is only 1 life. It is my life. I, Jane Jones, declare, that all aspects of my life are good. I am prosperous, healthy and happy. I give thanks for knowing the truth about my life. I release these words into that Divine Law that says, "Yes!" to my prayers. I let go. And so it is."

8. Here's a treatment about money: "I know that this is an abundant universe. Since I am a part of this realm of existence, I know that I am abundance itself. I, Jane Jones, declare that all my needs are met. All the money I want and need flows to me right now. I let go of worry, lack and limitation. I fully accept abundance as a way of life. I give thanks for knowing the Truth about my financial affairs. I release this prayer into Spiritual Law. And so it is. Amen."

9. Here's another example about health. "There is only one life. That life is God. It is the life that I am living right now. I, Jane Jones, declare that my health is perfect. All toxins are released from my body right now. God directs me to the right physician, treatments, medicines or herbal remedies that strengthen my entire body. I give thanks for knowing the truth about my health. I know that the words I have spoken must produce what I declare. So, I release this prayer into the Spiritual Law that affirmatively answers my requests. I let go and I let God. Amen."

Tips & Warnings

• Use your own descriptive term for the Divine (i.e. Universal Cause, The Presence, Goddess, The Great One, God, Allah, Rah, Jah, Buddha, etc...)
• Ask and it is given unto you!
