The most obvious way to get lip enhancement is to wear bold colors on your lips. Make sure that the color you choose does not enhance any yellow in your teeth. Choose reds with blue tones to be safe.

2
Lip gloss, by adding a thick layer over your lips, really does provide a lip plumping, lip enhancement effect. All that shine will have your lips looking big and beautiful!

3
Try adding some glimmer to your look for lip enhancement. You can get a shimmery gloss or lipstick, and this will help your lips to stand out more.
-
4
Get kissed. A lot. If your man bites your lips that will provide plenty of lip enhancement! Just make sure to slather on some chapstick afterward to prevent irritation.
-
5
Use lip liner on the outside of your lip line. This is tricky, and you'll want to use a good foundation for the liner. This will make your lips look considerably larger, providing plenty of lip enhancement! Also, try dabbing a bit of a lighter color towards the inside of your lower lip.

In the old days, women pinched their cheeks and lips to enhance the color. This still works today, although it's definitely a temporary fix. If you're looking for something permanent, the solution doesn't exist yet. Even lip enhancement (restylane) injections wear off after a few months! Maybe our ancestors were on to something!
