Things You'll Need:
- Water
- Lemons
- Maple Syrup
- Cayenne Pepper
- Herbal Tea Laxative or Salt Water Flush
- Discipline

Step 1
WATER. Pour yourself an 8 oz glass of water. Allow the water to get room temperature. It’s preferable that you use purified water.

LEMONS. Add 2 TBSP of lemon juice to your water. Use fresh organic lemons if possible. Do not use bottled or canned lemon juice. Lemons are a great source of vitamins and minerals.

MAPLE SYRUP. Add 2 TBSP of Grade B organic maple syrup. Grade B maple is high in minerals and nutrients. The maple syrup helps maintain your energy level during the fast.

Step 4
CAYENNE PEPPER. Add a dash or two of cayenne pepper to the lemonade. Cayenne pepper helps stimulate the cleansing process. It also breaks up mucus within the body.
