Things You'll Need:
- 1 1/3 Cup ice cold water
- 1/4 Cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 Teaspoon rum flavoring
- Diet sweetener of choice. (I like stevia)

Step 1
To make Egg nog for the diabetic you start by putting your nonfat dry milk powder and your ice cold water in a glass and mix well.
I made several glasses so I did mine in the blender. -
Step 2
In your glass or blender add your eggs and mix well again.

Step 3
Add the vanilla, the rum flavoring, a dash of nutmeg and the diet sweetener/Stevia and mix again.

Step 4
Chill well in refrigerator. Take out of refrigerator and blend a few ice cubes in.
Serve over ice and enjoy knowing that this egg nog is sugar free and won't hurt you.
