In this ultra busy day and age, one of the best gifts is the gift of relaxation! Pamper your friends and family on any occasions with a gift set that does not bust your budget.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Less than an hour
  • A visit to your local dollar or discount store
  • Delectable spa items of your choice (i.e. lotions, body scrubbers, loofahs, shower gels, etc).
  1. Step 1

Make a trip to your local discount store or browse the dollar or discount section of a large chain store such as Walmart, Walgreens, or Target for your wares. Many small items are available for a less than one dollar!

  2. Step 2

Have a general theme in mind and select items that work with each other. For example if you are putting together a facial care set, include items such as a one time use face mask, hand and facial lotion, and eye gels.

  3. Step 3

Find or purchase a basket or decorative container that allows the items to be displayed. Place the items in the container and stuff the areas around the items with a filler, such as Easter grass, colored stuffing, cotton or foam. Make sure the color of the filler complements the gifts you are giving!

  4. Step 4

Decorate the basket or container with a couple accessories. Large ribbons wrapped around the body of the basket or around the handle work well. Include a brief note or card wishing the recipient a refreshing experience!

Tips & Warnings
  • If small single items are not available, consider purchasing a set of many of the same item and separating the set for gifts.
  • If you're not sure of the person's taste in fragrances, minimize the amount of scented products that your purchase; select traditional or light scents such as vanilla or lavendar.
