Boiled egg are very good food, and very useful to go with other food. You can have them in breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But to peel the egg shell is painful job. I like to eat boiled egg. Because it is convenient, and tasty. I also like to make egg salad, or some other different kind of boiled eggs. So here is the way I peel off the sell of my boiled egg shell.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Pot for boil Eggs.
  • Drain basket (option)
  • Another pot for peel eggs
  1. Step 1

Boil a pot of water, and put Eggs in. The water just cover the eggs. After water boil for 5 mins. Drain off water. Be careful, water are very hot, so you may use tools to help you drain the water.

When you wait for boil the water, have a pot of cool water wait aside. If you have ice cube even better. Mix ice cube and cool water together. It will be a pot of ice-cool water. It must enough to cover all your eggs.

  2. Step 2

After boiled for 5 mins, and drain off hot water. Put ice cool water into your eggs pot, or dump your eggs into ice-cool water. Keep eggs in ice-cool water for 5 mins. Try to peel the eggs. The egg will still hot inside but cool or warm outside.

  3. Step 3

Peel eggs when all eggs are still warm inside, and peel eggs under water, so the small pice of shell will not stick on the eggs.
