Here's how to make a breakfast burrito at home. You can go healthy, using all organic ingredients and whole grain tortillas and low fat cheese if that's your thing. I personally prefer flour tortillas and cheddar cheese for my breakfast burritos. They taste way better.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Break some eggs into a bowl, and mix completely with a whisk or a fork. Use about one egg for each burrito. Add grated cheddar cheese(or you can use whatever cheese you like)and vegetables like onions,green peppers or tomatoes(I don't put any of that junk in mine, but some people like ruining their food that way) and mix it all together. Add precooked breakfast meats of your choice, like sausage or bacon. Just make sure it's chopped up into small pieces.

  2. Step 2

    Scramble like you would for scrambled eggs.

  3. Step 3

    Spoon your scrambled egg mixture into warmed tortillas, and top with salsa if you want, and roll up. Eat and enjoy.
