want another pork chop recipe to eat

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 boneless or bone-in pork chops about 1-1/4 inch thick
  • 1 chipotle chilie chopped or rehydrated and minced
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup of veg. oil
  • 2/3 cup of lime juice fresh or already squeeze is fine
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  1. Step 1

wash your pork chops first and then drain them in a conlinder...

  2. Step 2

then when they are dried place the pork chops into a large self-sealing plastic bag

  3. Step 3

and combine remaining ing. in a small bowl and pour it all over the pork chops

  4. Step 4

seal up the bag and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours ( i recommend that you do this a day before so that all the spices can soak in the meat.)

  5. Step 5

remove the pork chops from the marinade ( discard the marinade in to the trash) and grill over medium -hot coals for a total of 12- 15 min. turning brown evenly and then serve them immediately.

  6. Step 6

i found this recipe while i was shoppin at savemart. and i tried it and it taste so good...so i wanted to share it with all of you so that you can try it and share it too....enjoy
