Things You'll Need:
- 4 boneless or bone-in pork chops about 1-1/4 inch thick
- 1 chipotle chilie chopped or rehydrated and minced
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup of veg. oil
- 2/3 cup of lime juice fresh or already squeeze is fine
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
wash your pork chops first and then drain them in a conlinder...

then when they are dried place the pork chops into a large self-sealing plastic bag

and combine remaining ing. in a small bowl and pour it all over the pork chops

seal up the bag and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours ( i recommend that you do this a day before so that all the spices can soak in the meat.)

remove the pork chops from the marinade ( discard the marinade in to the trash) and grill over medium -hot coals for a total of 12- 15 min. turning brown evenly and then serve them immediately.
