As a parent you want to know your child will be properly taken care of. Having a checklist for your teenage Babysitter is just one step you can take to ensure this.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • an emergency phone list
  • a teenage Babysitter
  • a child
  1. Step 1

Allow adequate time before your departure to review this list with the Babysitter. Clarify any questions the Babysitter has.

  2. Step 2

List all numbers that may be needed while you are gone. Include 911, poison control center, parents cell phone or pager number, phone number of where you will be going to, a neighbors name and phone number. Make sure you contact the neighbor whose number is listed prior to the event.

  3. Step 3

List your childs information. If they are to administer any medication such as cold medicine, make sure they know the proper dose and time. Outline activities that are allowed as well as activities that are rstricted. Explain bedtime/naptime routines, nothings worse than breaking a childs routine and not being able to get them to settle down.

  4. Step 4

Outline your plans. Include where you will be going to and what time to expect you to return home.
