Bellini cocktails are an easy and yummy addition to any party. Perfect for New Year's or any celebration where someone is toasting to good times!

The standard bellini is peach-flavored, but here is a twist on the standard bellini recipe that is tasty and easy!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Champagne Flute
  • Dry Champagne
  • Pomegranate Juice Mix (POM or Minute Maid Pomegranate Lemonade)
  • Ripe Pomegranate seeds
  • Drink Tags
  1. Step 1

Take a teaspoon full of pomegranate seeds and place them in an empty champagne flute. Pomegranate seeds can often be found already removed from the fruit. You can also remove them from a ripe pomegranate by hand. You don't need that many!

  2. Step 2

Fill the champagne flute half full with dry champagne. My favorite brand for this recipe is Moët. Remember to pour slowly and to hold the glass almost horizontal when you pour so that it does not overflow.

  3. Step 3

Fill the rest of the glass with POM juice. I also recommend adding a bit of sweetned lemonade to avoid too bitter a taste. My #1 mixer recommendation: Minute Maid brand Pomegranate Lemonade! This will turn the drink a pretty pink or red color.

  4. Step 4

For a nice touch, use drink tags so that everyone has a personalized flute!

Tips & Warnings
  • You can also add the pomegranate seeds after you've poured the liquids. They will initially sink to the bottom of the flute and then rise to the top creating a beautiful float!
  • If you prefer this recipe without the pomegranate seeds, or if they aren't in season, it's still great without them!
