It's not always the rep's fault. When I sold avon, I was shorted on orders EVERY TIME!!! I couldn't get my customers their orders. When I quit and ordered avon from a rep, I didn't always get my completed orders bc they were shorted. Once I ordered things just to get the special item. I was supposed to get 3, & was only able to get 1 bc they didn't send the rep enough. I wasted money on things I didn't really want since I never got the item I was supposed to get for buying the other things. :(
