  • 1 16oz pack of lasagna noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 lb baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 16oz jars Alfredo pasta sauce
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveiled)

In a medium bowl mix the ricotta cheese, egg, and pepper.

  4. Step 4

In a baking dish (9x13x2) layer noodles, ricotta mixture, Alfredo mixture, and the shredded cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up, ending with the shredded cheese on top.

  5. Step 5

Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Then cover and bake for 15 minutes.
