Things You'll Need:
- 1 16oz pack of lasagna noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 lb baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 2 16oz jars Alfredo pasta sauce
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveiled)
- 1 lb bay scallops
- 1 lb imitation crabmeat (chopped)
- 20 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- black pepper
- 6 cups shredded Italian cheese blend

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and the portobello mushrooms until there tender. Add both jars of Alfredo sauce. Stir in shrimp, scallops, and the crabmeat. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, or until heated all the way through.

In a medium bowl mix the ricotta cheese, egg, and pepper.

In a baking dish (9x13x2) layer noodles, ricotta mixture, Alfredo mixture, and the shredded cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up, ending with the shredded cheese on top.

Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Then cover and bake for 15 minutes.
