How to prepare Turkey Tetrazzini.

  1. Step 1

    Turkey Tetrazzini makes for a delicious meal and is fairly easy to prepare. Turkey Tetrazzini can be made from any leftover holiday Turkey that was not eaten. You will need, 3-4 Cups of diced Turkey 4 Cups of Mild Cheddar Shredded, 4 Cups of Cooper Sharp Shredded, 1/2 Cup of Shredded or Grated Locatelli Cheese, 2 Cups heavy Cream, 1 Cup Fresh Parsley, 1-2 Cups of diced Celery, 1 diced Spanish Onion, 2 Cups of Capers, 1/2 Stick of Butter, 1 Teaspoon salt, 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper, 1 Egg, 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder, 2 Packages of medium Egg Noodles.

  2. Step 2

    Bring 5-7 Cups of Water to a boil, add noodles, cook 5-7 minutes, remove noodles, drain excess water place aside. Next, in medium Saucepan place Butter, stir constantly until it is almost all melted. Then you want to add Shredded Cheddar stirring constantly, add entire contents of Cream slowly, when cheeses seems to be melted, add Garlic Powder, Salt, Parsley, Locatelli, Cooper Sharp. When all cheeses are melted, you may add some additional Cream followed by adding, Turkey, Capers, diced Onion, Celery.

  3. Step 3

    In a deep Casserole dish ,pour entire contents of melted cheese & other ingredients over Egg Noodles, you may sprinkle some Paprika or Bread Crumbs on top. Finally, place casserole in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. I guarantee family & friends will love this dish!
