3. If your audience likes you and the topic, then come out confident and build to a strong climax where you can alter the behavior of the listener with your final point.

4. If your audience doesn't like you, or was force to attend the you have to come out with guns blazing. Present your finale at the beginning, this is important because you have to overcome their initial feelings and make them more receptive to your message.
