Home Aide Roast Beef hash is a real tasty treat and it is fairly easy to make at home. You will need, Between 1-2 Pounds of Top of the Round Roast beef Sliced in 1 or 2 chunks (you can have it cut in chunks behind the deli counter, or you can buy your own roast and cut it yourself). 2. Step 2

Dice Roast Beef in to small cubed chunks place aside, next dice onion in to small pieces, take potatoes peel skin off and dice in to small chunks just as you did to your Roast beef. You want to then place oil in to large glass or tin baking dish. Pre Heat oven to 375, Finish adding Garlic Powder, Pepper, Salt, mix together well, place in to baking dish, bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

  3. Step 3

After 25 minutes remove dish, turn Roast Beef, Potatoes etc over the brown the opposite side, place back in to oven, turn oven up to 500 degrees for an additional 10-12, this allows Potatoes and Roast Beef to develop a crispy outer texture.
