track Santa with your kids on Christmas Eve

Wouldn't it be great if you could share yet another wonderful Christmas tradition with your child? Well now you can! Every year there are several ways for children to "track" the progress of ole Saint Nick. I'm going to show you how! Trust me, your kids will love it!!!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The first and most obvious way is to watch any local, or national news on Christmas Eve. They will always have a "Santa Tracker" segment where they keep you up to date on which part of the world Santa was last spotted flying over with his reindeer! Just pull the kids in front of the TV and wait for the magic!

  2. Step 2

This next one is just about the coolest thing ever! Go to http://www.noradsanta.org/en/home.html and check out all of the great maps, and video of Santa being "tracked" from country to country. It really is an amazing site that has had alot of thought put into it. Try it out before you pull the kids in front of the computer (just so you have the hang of it) but I promise that this will bring your kids so much joy!

  3. Step 3

Get a Cell phone with the "Google Earth" application and "Google Maps" and use the phone to search for "Norad Santa" and this will track ol' Saint Nick on his journey right on your cell phone!!!

  4. Step 4

    Merry Christmas!!!!
