Don't laugh, you really can have fun while exercising. There are many exciting ways to accomplish weight loss and good health with a smile on your face. This article will show you how.

  1. Step 1
     

    The excitement and aura of a health club cannot be matched. This is why many people have workout equipment at home, gathering dust, while they continue their gym membership. Full service fitness centers provide all types of fun, entertaining ways to get in shape and stay in shape. Go to the gym on Saturday morning and you could easily be there until late Saturday evening. Play basketball, a little racquetball, workout with weights, hang out in the concession area and enjoy a health drink, and then hit the sauna. Don't forget to holla at the honey you've been eye-balling for the past couple of weeks. Lightweight flirting provides additional motivation when working out. You'll not see sexier bodies than at the health clubs, in any large metropolitan area. Oh, and don't forget the aerobics classes.

  2. Step 2
     

    Walking along the beach is scenic, healthy, and another fun way to get in shape. If you want to see a breathtaking sunset while you walk, make sure you go around dusk. Also, if you're in a hilly area, walking hills that provide postcard views will take you on a mental escape while you are physically getting in shape. Don't forget to walk the pooch, he loves to walk with you and this is exercise for you and Rover.

    Bike riding on bike trails is a great exercise and a very good family activity. More and more bike trails are popping up all over town and I'm certain there's one in your area. You can ride on a bike trail or you can ride your bike at the park. Another activity you can do is to Rollerblade or roller skate; two more enjoyable physical activities that will help you get in shape while you have the time of your life.
