Step 1
Every morning take 4, 100mgs of vitamin B-2 for a total of 400mgs. This supplement is water soluble ( so you urinate the excess), has no side effects and completely prevents the migraines. It is for those of you who do not want to use medication or keep lengthy, complicated records.

Take these everyday on a full stomach. Wait 3-4 weeks for them to build up in your system. Do not skip any days.

Discontinue this therapy if it does not work in 4 weeks and you've not skipped any days. Perhaps it is not the right vitamin therapy for you. For me, it started to work 2 weeks after I started and have not had a migraine in 7 years - with the exception of the times I went a few days without it.
