Every time I come upon a new word I feel it is my duty to share it to the rest of us common folk. Today I came across "Synergism" while studying. What does it mean though? I want to share with you the definition of Synergism, how to pronounce it and to use it in a complete sentence.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Lets define Synergism. (Sounds kind kinky huh?)

    Look it up or use Websters definition which is :
    Pronunciation:
    ˈsi-nər-ˌji-zəm
    Defined:
    interaction of discrete agencies (as industrial firms), agents (as drugs), or conditions such that the total effect is greater than the sum of the individual effects

  2. Step 2

    Determine what the heck the definition is saying...
    What its saying it people can work together and create an end result greater than if they had all worked separately.

  3. Step 3

    In a sentence.

    1. The teams synergism produced greater results than working independently.

    2. Stimulating synergism allows for more productivity of the team.

Tips & Warnings
  • Now that you know, use Synergism often, it will either make you sound more intelligent or kinky.
