We all worry about our memory loss. But how can you really improve your memory? Find out in this article

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A newspaper
  • A nintendo and brain training- this is optional
  • Lots of objects. Random things from around the house.
  1. Step 1

There are lots of ways to improve your money. Really it just depends on how much money you want to spend on it. I'm going to start with the options that involve you spending the least amount of money.

  2. Step 2

Free option. Get lots of items from around the house and put in on a tray. objects from all around the house different objects, colours, sizes. You could also do with some kind of watch or clock that shows seconds. Time yourself. Look at the objects for 1 minute. After a minute put a towel over the objects. Get a piece of paper and a pen. Write down all of the objects that you can remember. Repeat this and see if you can improve your score of how many of the items you can remember.

  3. Step 3

This involves spending a small amount of money. Get a newspaper. Do all the sudoko if you can. also try to do the cross words. Cross words especially are a great way to improve your memory.

  4. Step 4

This option- i will admit- involves spending a lot of money. if you haven't already go out to the shops and buy a Nintendo DS. Also buy a brain train game. This game I promise you really works. it's incredibly effective. Ten minutes on the game every day and your memory will improve dramatically. You can even do a test on the game to see what your brain age is.
