How to make a tasty Christmas gift

I'm going to teach you how to make cake in a coffee mug. It's a relatively inexpensive, yet yummy gift idea.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• 1 large coffee mug (microwave safe)
• 4 TBS flour (plain flour, not self-rising)
• 4 TBS sugar
• 2 TBS baking cocoa
• 1 egg
• 3 TBS milk
• 3 TBS oil
• 3 TBS chocolate chips (optional)
• Nuts (optional) Small splash vanilla

1. Generously spray all over on the inside of the microwaveable safe mug with the cooking spray.

2. Add all of the dry ingredients on your recipe to the microwaveable safe mug, and then mix well.

3. Add the egg and then mix thoroughly.

4. Pour in the milk and the oil and then mix well.

5. Add the chocolate chips (if desired) and vanilla, and then mix again.

6. Put the mug in the microwave and cook it for 3 minutes on high.

7. 

   The cake will rise over the top of mug but don't be alarmed!
   Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
   Eat. ENJOY!!

8. Put some colorful wrap on this creation and tie with a bow or some ribbons and you have a beautiful, yummy, creative gift to give to someone.
