Wigs are great fashion accessories for casual or formal occasions. They are especially great for medical related hair loss, concealing any type of hair loss or thinning hair and are a fun way to temporarily change your hairstyle without having to commit to those changes.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Wig
  • Wig Brush or wide tooth comb
  • Mild Shampoo
  • Conditioning Spray
  • Towel
  • Wig Stand
  1. Step 1

Before washing, brush gently to untangle (if any). Please take your time with this step if your wig is matted.

  2. Step 2

Fill a basin with cold or cool water, add a dash of mild shampoo and swish gently.

  3. Step 3

Soak your wig in the solution and gently agitate in a circular motion with your hands.

  4. Step 4

    Rinse thoroughly in cold water.

  5. Step 5

Towel blot your wig gently in a patting motion, then place on your wig stand to drip dry. Remember, never twist or wring your wig! *(Do not brush when wet)*

  6. Step 6

Brush into desired style after the wig is completely dry.

  7. Step 7

Do NOT use curling irons or curling kits as this will damage a synthetic wig.
