This How-To will show you how to put together an amazing casserole dish that can be served at any meal!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 8 Eggs, Beaten
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 16-oz carton small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 cups (8oz) shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 2 cups (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 4-oz cans chopped green chilis, drained
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 13x9x2 baking dish
  1. Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease the 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish and then set aside.

  2. Step 2

In large mixing bowl, combine the eggs (beaten), flour and baking powder - be sure to stir these ingredients well. Next, you will want to stir into this mixture the remaining ingredients: cottage cheese, Monterey jack cheese, cheddar cheese, butter and the 2 cans of green chilies. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are evenly distributed and mixed well.

  3. Step 3

Pour this mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Pop it into the over and bake for approximately 35 minutes. Use a toothpick as a tester. If the toothpick comes smoothly out of the bake, then it's full cooked.

  4. Step 4

Slice the bake into 12 individual slices and serve!
