Do you hate to throw away perfectly good left over stuffing? Are you looking for a good, easy meal that won't keep you in the kitchen all day?
Here's a great suggestion that uses the left over stuffing and chicken breasts and can be prepared in a snap!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 cups of prepared stuffing mixture.
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
  • 1/2 cup melted butter.
  • salt/pepper
  1. Step 1

Butter a medium sized casserole dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spoon left over, or newly prepared, stuffing in the casserole dish. If your stuffing has dried out a bit, stir in a little water or chicken stock until mixture is moist, but not too wet. Lightly press the stuffing so that it's all level in the dish.

  2. Step 2

Place thawed, boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top of stuffing.
Pour melted butter over the chicken.
    Salt and Pepper to taste.

  3. Step 3

Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Take foil cover off and continue to bake for 10 to 15 more minutes or until chicken is done.
That's it! You have a quick, yummy meal in no time!
