How to have a Crayon-Themed Birthday Party
What better theme for a toddler or preschooler's birthday party than crayons? After all crayons are at the center of everything kids do! Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- Crayons. Lots and lots of crayons.
- Balloons in primary colors
- Streamers and ribbons
- Giant crayons
- Paper plates, napkins, plastic ware and cups in different colors

Buy lots of crayons. Every August Walmart sells packages of Crayola crayons for an unbelievable price. In 2008 it was twenty-two cents per box of twenty-four! Buy as many crayons as you can. I bought about thirty boxes - five boxes each time I ran to Walmart for something.

Pick a different color for each of the following: table cloths, napkins, plates, cups and plastic forks. Having each item in a different color will really help get across the colorful crayon theme.
