How to Prepare Chicken Quesadillas
This chicken quesadillas recipe is simple to make and very tasty. The best chicken quesadillas include gooey cheese, tender chicken and spices that tantalize your taste buds. If you're just making one quesadilla, cook it in a skillet on the stove top. If you want two or more quesadillas to be ready at the same time, the oven is good option. Things You'll Need
- Flour tortillas
- Boneless, skinless chicken
- Seasoned salt
- Chopped green chilies
- Cheddar cheese
- Monterey Jack cheese
- Chopped green onion
- Chopped tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350 F if you are baking your quesadillas. Sprinkle seasoned salt on the chicken, cut it into small chunks and place it in a frying pan. Heat the chicken, stirring often, until it is cooked through. You can also grill the chicken pieces and cut them after they are cooked.

Shred the cheese, prepare the green chilies and chop the green onions and tomatoes.

Place a flour tortilla on a baking sheet if you are using the oven, or in a warm skillet on the stove.

Add cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, and a small portion of cooked chicken and the vegetables on one half of the tortilla. Fold the other side over and secure with a toothpick. Alternatively, spread the fillings across the whole tortilla and top with a second one.

Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tortilla is crispy. In a pan on the stove, flip the quesadilla carefully after the cheese has melted a bit and continue cooking until it is crispy and heated through.

Cut into triangles and serve.

This chicken quesadillas recipe is ooey and gooey. Please be careful when you are eating it! The filling is sometimes very hot!
Serve with other favorites such as fried rice and fried ice cream.
