Think whole, natural foods in the form of fresh, local produce, pastured meat, good fats such as olive and coconut oils, and whole grains. Lose weight: exerciseExercise daily or at least three times a week, even if you start out with slow walks around the neighborhood. Work up your stamina over time by increasing your length and speed and adding weights and other strength training exercise. Pilates or other core-strength workout routines are especially helpful in your quest to lose weight.
