Things You'll Need:
- the bow
- arrows
- adjustable sights
- a target
-
Step 1
The illustration to left shows a close-up picture of the sights. The adjustment knob for distance is the one on the top. The adjustment knob for left and right is just below it.
-
Step 2
In this illustration I am adjusting the distance pins. Loosen the knob where you can slide your sights up or down. If your bow is shooting above the target, you should raise your sights up, following the direction of the arrow. If your bow is shooting below the target, you should move the sights down, again following the direction of the arrow. You may have to do this several times to obtain the bullseye.
-
Step 3
In this illustration I am adjusting the pin for left or right. Loosen the knob where you can slide your sights side to side. If your bow is shooting left of the target, you should slide your sights to the left, following the direction of the arrow. If your bow is shooting to the right of the target, you should move the sights to the right, again following the direction of the arrow. You may have to do this several times to obtain the bullseye.
-
Step 4
And now you might be able to hit the broad side of a barn.
