Step 1
BrowserGo to www.google.com and create a Google Notebook. If you need instructions on how to create a notebook, click on the resource listed below.

Laptop User 2Once your notebook is created, look in the toolbar at the top of the page to find the "link" icon. Click on link icon. A new window will pop up. In the new window, you will only be asked for two things.

HyperlinksFirst, you will be asked to complete the "Text to display" field. The words you type in this field will be the hyperlink text. For example, the resource listed below for how to get started with Google Notebook is a hyperlink.

WWW SignSecondly, complete the "Link to" field. Type or copy and paste your website address in this field.

Step 5
Happy StarThen use the "test link" option found below the website address. If the link works correctly, click OK.

Step 6
BlogCongratulations! You have successfully created a hyperlink. Your new link will be saved in Google Notebook. Now you can copy and paste it in email or on websites.
