  • 1 can (16 oz) pears in heavy syrup
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 bag (8 oz) mixed field greens
  • 1 bag (8 oz) hearts of romaine, green leaf & butter lettuce
  • 1 bag (6 oz) baby spinach
  • 2 ripe Bosc or Bartlett pears, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ to 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  1. Step 1
