    Egg Beaters recipe

Get a bowl for soaking the bread. Fill the bowl with egg white or egg beaters. The egg whites are not as thick and the french toast batter is clear. the beaters make yellow french toast that looks a little more like real eggs. Use about the same amount of egg substitute as you would have egg in the bowl.

  2. Step 2

If you make french toast on a regular basis get a small bowl or zip lock bag and mix up equal parts sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle in the egg and keep it for daily use. the recipe for this can be changed to taste like all recipes.

  3. Step 3

Spray your skillet down with pam or some kind of non-stick. Preheat the skillet to a medium heat level. Soak the bread in the egg sugar cinnamon mix just give it a few seconds on each side do not let it soak to long or it will fall apart. Put the soaked bread into the skillet Cook it until it is good and browned on both sides, giving it enough time to cook all the way through.

  4. Step 4

Once the toast is cooked put it on a plate and top however you like. AND VOILA!! You have Egg Beater French Toast for Breakfast. this is my favorite french toast recipe.

Tips & Warnings
  • I use a half sugar and half cinnamon recipe mix for the eggs but you can adjust this or change it to suite you.
