Sometimes, when looking for a specific picture you want from the internet, right clicking on the image to download it doesn't work. Here's what you can do to capture the picture.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Free Software called ScreenHunter
  1. Step 1

There are many free software programs that will "capture" an image. The program is basically taking a picture of the screen, of the window you have open or of an area you define. Download the program of your choice and open it. ScreenHunter is one free program.

  2. Step 2

Search for the picture you need and place it in the center of your computer screen. Decide if you want the entire screen or a specific area. If your not sure which to choose, simply take a picture of the entire screen and use a free photo editing program like Microsoft Picture Editing to crop the picture to the area you want.

  3. Step 3

Click on the program you are using and select your choice of properties... entire screen, selection, window, etc... click on where you want the picture to be saved... pick a place you will remember... and click the hot key... voila... you got your picture.
