Bebo is a social networking site. One of their unique and very popular features is the Bebo whiteboard. A whiteboard is a place on your Bebo page for you and friends to draw free-form art.
Many Bebo users are great graphic artists and make other users envious. However, with a simple freeware application, even the most artistically challenged can create good pictures on Bebo whiteboards. Transparent Windows allows users to make their whiteboard transparent so they can trace any image they find online or have scanned into their computer.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer
  • Internet access
  • Bebe account
  • Transparent Windows (See Resources to download)
  • Image
  1. Step 1

Download and install Transparent Windows (see Resources). Start the program take note of the small scroll bar in the top right corner. You'll find this scroll bar in each open window when the program is running.

  2. Step 2

Find an image you would like to trace. Be sure the image is no larger than your Bebo whiteboard area. If the image is larger, use image editing software to scale down the image.

  3. Step 3

Open the desired image and your Bebo whiteboard.

  4. Step 4

Use the scroll bar on the Bebo whiteboard screen to make the window transparent. You will be able to see your image through the whiteboard screen. Be sure the image is aligned with the drawing area of your whiteboard.

  5. Step 5

Trace your image and fill with desired colors.

  6. Step 6

Move the scroll bar back to its original position on your whiteboard screen to view the completed drawing more clearly and to save.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use a mouse rather than a touchpad to draw images. A mouse gives you more control.
  • Transparent Windows starts when your computer starts. To keep the program from starting automatically go to Start -- Programs -- Startup. Right-click Transparent Windows and choose Delete.
