Wondering if it's possible to remove blemishes? It most definitely is. There are a few different steps you can take to remove blemishes.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Acne Spot Treatment
  • Gentle Facial Cleanser
  • Baking Soda
  • Dermatologist
  1. Step 1

It can be tricky to remove blemishes. The key to blemish-free skin is washing your face with a gently cleanser at least twice a day. Keeping your face clean will keep blemishes at bay.

  2. Step 2

After washing your face with a gentle cleanser, exfoliate your skin with baking soda. It's important to slough off dead skin cells so that your pores don't get clogged. Clogged pores = blemishes. You don't have to exfoliate every time you wash your face, but be sure to do it a few times per week for optimal results.

  3. Step 3

Next you should apply a spot treatment to any blemishes. If you don't have a spot treatment on hand, you should buy one, but you could also try dabbing some toothpaste directly on the blemishes and leaving it on overnight.

  4. Step 4

If you have tried these steps already and are still not able to remove blemishes, make an appointment with a dermatologist. They can prescribe stronger topical medications or oral medications for severe skin problems.

Tips & Warnings
  • Exfoliate your skin gently. Too much scrubbing will only irritate your skin further.
  • Wash your hands often and keep them off of your face.
