Instructions

Make a baking soda paste to clean scuff marks. Mix a little baking soda and water and apply directly to the mark with a sponge. It will easily remove the mark. Be sure to rinse with a clean sponge, or your floor will have film over the area where the mark was removed.

Fill up a bucket with hot water. Add 1/2 cup of plain white vinegar. Add a squirt of plain dishwashing liquid -- It doesn't require much. Dip the mop in the solution, wring it out well so that it is just damp and mop a small area of the floor. Repeat until the entire floor is clean.

Dry with a towel or allow it to air dry.

Tips & Warnings

  • You may notice a little vinegar odor during the mopping process, but have no fear. The vinegar smell will dissipate after your floors are dry.
