You will learn how to create a different way of having whole spuds...
Instead of having boring boiled whole spuds with no ****, this receipe will give you an exciting new way of serving up the boring old spud

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Medium to Large Size Potato
  • Potato Masher
  • Cooking Spray
  • Spices of your choice
  • Oven Dish
  • Saucepan or Microwave safe dish
  1. Step 1

    Par-Boil Potatos in saucepan or microwave bowl, and cover with hot water,
    place on stove top or in microwave and par-boil

  2. Step 2

    Spray oven tray with Cooking Spray and set oven to 220 deg

  3. Step 3

    Drain Water from dish & gently place potatos on oven tray, do not place too close, as they need room to spread

  4. Step 4

    Take potato smasher and gently press down on the potatoes, until they slightly split and collapse
    be careful not to push too hard or quickly as they will split and fall apart after cooking in the oven

  5. Step 5

    Spray with cooking spray, and dust with your choice of spices

  6. Step 6

    Place in oven for approx 29-30 mintues or until golden brown

  7. Step 7

    Serve & Enjoy !!!
    Great with baked pumpkin or other vegies for a baked dinner

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not par-boil spuds too much, as they will fall apart when placed on oven tray or smashed with potato smasher
  • Do not dust with too much spices as they become quite warm after being in the oven
