Go out and do some gardening. Start exercising by joining a gym. Take that pottery class you have been wanting to take but couldn’t because your focus was on your relationship.

You can also get your mind off your ex by painting one of the rooms in your home. Make a big deal out of the project by doing a complete room make over and once it is complete you will feel accomplished and fulfilled.
