One thing that can be difficult to do is to find a fragrance to turn into your signature cologne. Because there are so many different types of cologne it can be difficult to narrow down. But here are some ways to make it easier to choose a signature cologne.

   You might want to change your signature cologne from season to season. Usually a lighter scent is used for the Summer months, while a fragrance that is a little stronger is used in the Winter months. So as the seasons begin to change, you might want to change your scent with it.

2. Type of cologne.
   If you are wanting something that no one else has, you will need to look in places that are not in your area or get samples from fragrance companies. Some companies will actually send your fragrances if you request it online. But if you don't mind "sharing" your signature cologne with someone else, than I suggest visiting retail stores and getting samples and spraying testers. Be sure to ask the sales associate about the most popular colognes, they usually smell pretty good.

3. Price.
   Some colognes can be hundreds or even thousands of dollars, so know how much you want to spend. With that in mind you can also save money by purchasing your mens fragrance through an outlet mall. Usually anything purchased at an outlet mall is a little bit cheaper. So it might make the mens cologne you are seeking, a little more affordable.
