Exercise doesn't only come from following certain techniques, you can also get it from sports and games. Dancing and swimming are some examples of fun ways to get physical exercise. A game of football is also another way to exercise. It gets you running and stretching, all while having fun with friends. -

Try out an exercise that you've always been interested in
Be it pilates or yoga, look for an exercise technique that you have always been interested in and try it out. You may end up finding an exercise you like. People have been proven to stick to exercise techniques that they are interested in.
