Many people have weak feet or poor arches and this is how to correct this. Poor arches can cause back pain and general weakness.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • willpower
  1. Step 1

    Stand up straight. Put your toes out like a penguin, feet close together with heals touching. now do 10-20 toe raises. this workout is to be done daily to keep arched strong.

  2. Step 2

    exercise two. Once you have completed the first set turn your toes inward and your heels out. this would be called pigeon toed. Now do 10-20 more calve raises. Try singing a song while doing this, it can be a lot of fun and help concentration, just make sure you dont injusr yourself.

  3. Step 3

    this is the last set in the daily workout. one foot on the ground, standing up, foot below you facing straight ahead. do 10-20 one legged calve raises. then switch sides and do the other set. this is how I have perfect arches with size 17 shoes!

Tips & Warnings
  • do this with just your bodywieght.
  • if you want mor muscular calves do standard exercises with wieghts, these are designed to be just bodywieght.
  • do not do this on a slick floor
  • always ask a doctor if you can exercise, then tell him all about your workout.
