Have you ever dealt with a finicky eater? Have you ever dealt with a child who refuses to eat vegetables? Rather than get into a shouting match, here are some tips to help your child eat healthy.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Most children love macaroni and cheese. Try adding peas or broccoli heads in it. I realize kids will notice, but it is my experience that they don't seem to mind.

  2. Step 2

Make broccoli cheddar soup. Use a food processor and basically make the broccoli(or your vegetable of choice)almost a soup and add it in. Your child will never know.

  3. Step 3

Make spaghetti and meatballs. Use a food processor to mix in all kinds of vegetables to the sauce. You really could use any vegetable you want and also add some fiber to the sauce as well.

  4. Step 4

You could also make pizza in much the same way, where you hide the veggies in the sauce. You could also make the crust whole wheat.

Tips & Warnings
  • You could add spices to hide the veggie taste if needed
  • Don't be afraid to be creative
