Things You'll Need:
- News paper
- Knife
- Fresh caught Fish
- 1/2 cup Corn meal
- 1/2 cup Grease
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 Egg

Step 1
CLEANING FISH.
You will need to spread the news paper out perferbly outside.
Hold fish fermly with one hand on newspaper with other hand hold knife.
run knife across fish (from tail to head) as to remove the scales, scaping knife along fish to get all the scales to come off , turn fish repeat on other side.
Making sure all scales are removed along the fishes body.
hold fish up.
Determin where the anal section is (usualy behind the under fin just above the tail).
Make small Cut and remove the anal section.
lay fish back on newspaper.
Hold firmly.
Cut head off just under the gills.
next you will place the knife into fish body and cut along underside of fish.
Remove the insides.
Wash.
You are now ready to cook your fish.
But first you'll want to take a bath to get all the fish scales off you. LOL -
Step 2
COOKING FISH.
Place 1/2 cup cornmeal in bowl(sit aside).
In small bowl beat egg and milk (sit aside).
Turn stove on medium heat.
In skillet add Grease; heat.
Dip fresh cleaned Fish into egg & milk mixture then into the cornmeal.
place into heated skillet.
Cook till browned. -
